Lethbridge Property Appraisal was established in 1979 by Wayne Johnson, AACI, P.App and Bill Becker, CRA. Both continued in an ownership capacity with the company until their retirement in 2001 and 2006 respectively. The company was then acquired by Ron Duda, AACI, P.App, a former owner and partner with Reliance Appraisal Consultants and later in 2009, divided into a partnership with James H. Schoenne, CRA.
Today, the company is solely held by Mr. Schoenne who continues LPA's long standing tradition of high standards, practice and professional conduct. The company has grown to be a highly recognized and well regarded provider of real estate valuations and consulting services.
